Dear Frnds, My long time series data contains data points and missing data is replaced with NaN. I am applying auto correlation function acf.m but its not working. I have searched in google to find solutions for this but i cant get it. please help me how calculate acf in presence of NAN. awaiting for you sweet reply. Its very urgent to me
