Store a table

Hi,

I have a table with labeled columns and rows. What is a recommended way to store it in matlab? (I will appreciate detail, because not farmiliar with stuctures like array or list, or with the differences between them...)

Well, you cannot use Matlab properly until you do know the difference.
You should start reading.............
No one can do this basic stuff for you. You must make the effort
yourself.
Have a go at coding it up and come back when/if you have trouble
making your code work.
