Thread Subject: Drawing phase plots / extending quiver

Hey!

I would like to create plots like the following one:

When I try to use quiver I almost get the result I want, but as you can see I would prefer "connected lines" and not to see each individual vector. Can quiver be modified in such a way to gain the results as described above?

sorry, for the great delay in my respond, but unfortunately I was quite busy the last days ...

for example, let

x' = [-0.9 0.1; -0.2 -1.2] x

be the ode that produces the phase portrait above. My question is now
how do I achieve such an output as above using Matlab?
