Plotting result for each iteration of a for loops

Hi everyone,

I have created a simple for loop where the values of a number of variables are calculated at each iteration. Now I wish to plot these values as they evolve over the for loop. What is the best way to do this? Ideally I would also like access to the numerical values of the plot, but initially the plot is most important.
