The Pattern Recognition Toolbox (PRT) for MATLAB® by New Folder Consulting is a free toolbox that provides streamlined access to a wide range of pattern recognition techniques in an easy to use unified framework . The PRT helps you get answers out of your data more quickly.
The PRT includes classification, regression cross-validation, pre-processing, clustering and feature extraction tools.
Example tools include linear discriminants, principal component analysis, partial least squares, support vector machines (via LibSVM), relevance vector machines, generalized likelihood ratio tests, and many more.
The toolbox requires MATLAB version later than 2009A, but requires no additional toolboxes besides base MATLAB.
