The code is in the DLL, and there's not much implementation info forthcoming. How is this going to be helpful to others?

The main part of the program is done by a .DLL windows library. Source not provided. If you want to do calculations, then the program is excellent. If you want to see source code, then the program is poor. Hence my "Fair" rating.
