Is there a way to specify to the compiler (via mcc at the cmd line or deploytool) that a dir and all of its subdirs/files should be included in the MCR dir structure, and retain its location relative to the main app, yet not be on the Matlab path dur

Is it possible to specify that mcc use a different compiler in 2010b than 4.14 (i.e. use version 4.4 from 2006b)?
