Why different transient reposes for same same reference?

Hello, I design a compensator for a buckboost DC-DC converter. The problem is that when I test my compensator I get different transient response for the output voltage upon resetting the refrence voltage. Kindly find attached a copy of my simulink model and a screenshot of the output voltage. Can you help me ?
